- Oil checked and maintained between 5–6 quarts

What’s included in the aircraft rental rate?

Also included (if needed):

- Seat cushions
Extra oil from Hall’s storage may be taken along for flights that require it.
Can I rent an aircraft overnight?
Yes! Hall’s Aviation is happy to support overnight trips.
Overnight rental policy:
- You are charged by Hobbs time as usual
- For each day the aircraft is away, you will be charged a minimum of 2 Hobbs hours per day, even if you don’t fly that day
- If you fly more than 2 hours in a day, you will be charged the normal hourly rate for the additional time
Do I have to pay landing fees?
Yes. Renters are responsible for checking and paying any landing fees at the airports they choose to fly into.
If landing fees are not paid during the trip, Hall’s Aviation will notify the renter of the payment needed.
What is expected after I return from a rental?
Renters and students are expected to leave the aircraft clean and well-maintained, including:
- Wiping down window screens
- Cleaning leading edges after flight
- Doing a quick scan to ensure nothing is left inside
If any squawks or issues arise:
- Please write them in the can, and/or notify a team member
Headsets may be left in the aircraft, but we kindly request that seat cushions be returned to the facility when possible.
