Just finished my PPL and did all of my training at Halls. Very knowledgeable and personable instructors. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to get their license go here. I will definitely be sticking around to rent as well.

I'm working on my instrument rating with Halls and it's been excellent. Great communication from my CFII, helpful advice, flexible scheduling, and great dispatch time. Highly recommended to anybody looking for flight training in Southeast Michigan as Grosse Ile is a beautiful place to fly in/out of!

This is a great flight school! I have wanted to fly or as long as I can remember, and when I started flying with Halls I couldn't of been more satisfied. As a high schooler, my schedule is very flamboyant, and with the flexibility and awesomeness of the instructors I never have had a problem. The quality of training is something to be admired if you decide to do work with this flight school, which I think makes it a great flight school to fly with on top of the generous hospitality of everyone that works there, including students. If you are looking for a place to get your license, or even go on a discovery flight I cannot recommend Halls enough to you to fulfill your wants and need.

Halls flying service is a good flying school, Leo and jake have been super helpful with my training, they answer all my questions and better explain things if i don’t understand. i’ve always loved the idea of flying and im glad i chose halls flying service!!!

Truly a hidden gem for flight training with great river and Detroit views. I’ve been working on my PPL at Hall’s Flying Service after having tried out three different schools in the State. Best price, great flight instructors, great aircraft, military friendly (MINGSTAP), and availability is great. Their passion is flying. They’ve been excellent with getting me through training as efficiently as possible.
